Chris Allen, as Project Architect with DHP, was the lead designer working with the consortium team that successfully won the Best and Final offer bid for this 1400 unit Student accommodation at the Hatfield Campus.

The scheme was to include 900 graduate rooms, 500 post graduate rooms, disabled facilities and ancillary accommodation.
