SR Architects Director Sohrab Rustomjee was the designer and Project Architect for this scheme whilst employed at David Hutchison Partnership. It was later completed with SR Architects working as a consultant to DHP. The project involved master-planning the site to successfully incorporate a new Primary Care Unit into the existing Grade II Listed Priory Hospital setting. New provisions included two GP Practices, Community Nursing Services, an Ambulatory Care Centre, Community Dental, Physiotherapy Services and a Pharmacy.

The Listed Priory Hospital building was renovated and converted into the Mendip Primary Care Trust HQ and other buildings on the site were refurbished to accommodate mental health facilities realising the vision of the site becoming a Health Campus.
