The project replaces the existing health centre in Kingskerswell with a contemporary Health Centre and Pharmacy on the same site. The clinical areas are arranged around a spacious, centrally located top-lit waiting area with the administrative facilities at first floor level. The new building provides the practice with enlarged and upgraded facilities and almost doubles the number of car parking spaces on the site.

Traditional local materials such as natural stone walls to the stair cases are combined with white render and metal roofs to provide a distinct, crisp and modern facility in this traditional village location. The project was completed in mid-2005.
