SR Architects were appointed to design new accommodation of 750sq.m for a GP Practice currently housed in a wing of a larger PCT accommodation. The primary challenge of this brief was to accommodate the functional requirements of the facility and adequate parking onto a particularly restricted site.

Careful 3d modeling of several options of the development had the dual benefit of assisting in planning discussions and helping to inform the users on the form of space provision and to address particular local issues such as safety and security.
