With extensive experience in Primary Care, SR Architects joined the procurement team to design a scheme for relocation of a local Bournmouth GP Practice into larger premises on an urban site. The restriction in site area has required the careful union of GP functional accommodation, student accommodation and car parking into a distinctive building on a prominent site in the centre of the town.

Extensive 3d graphic modeling and photo-montage overlays have assisted in discussion with planners and urban design officers on the optimum massing and profile in the immediate urban context which includes a listed building on the opposite side of the road.
