Acting as a consultant to the lead architectural practice, SR Architects developed the tender stage external envelope drawing package and specification for a new-build addition to this well known hospice centre in the South West. 

The technical design of the envelope, whilst not only developed to deliver outstanding energy conservation performance, faced various challenges associated with the intricate zinc roof forms and window design developed to enhance the internal living environment.  SRA worked closely with the roofing system supplier and cladding supplier to establish all the detailing necessary to assure delivery of the client’s architectural brief.

Due to funding constraints, construction of this project has been put on hold.
