SR Architects’ healthcare facility planning experience was sought by an associated practice for the refurbishment of an existing two-storey office building set within the well landscaped Surrey Technology Centre into a state-of-the-art private health clinic for the Nuffield Organisation.

Facilities include Out-Patient consultancies in ENT, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, audiology, gynaecology/urology, oral surgery, Physio, Phlebotomy/Pathology, Daycase and Endoscopy surgical theatres and Diagnostics clinic with CT and MRI scanning units. Facilities total approx 5,400 sq.m.

SRA services included feasibility, design, development of employer’s requirements, production information and construction overview.
