SR Architects Director Chris Allen worked as Project Architect on this scheme whilst employed at David Hutchison Partnership.

The client’s wishes were for a prestige 6,500 sq.m HQ building to supplement their existing facility and establish the company identity within the historic Regency town of Cheltenham. Accommodation included conference, research, training and support facilities within a contemporary shell.

The scheme was constructed by Moss Construction under a JCT Design & Build contract over 15 months which included the fitting out of the building for Tenant occupation in May 2002.
