The Practice

Established in 2003, SR Architects is a young and dynamic practice which offers a carefully tailored, creative and pragmatic approach to design solutions. Directors Sohrab Rustomjee and Chris Allen have a combined experience of over 35 years in practice, with particular expertise in the healthcare, residential and commercial sectors. Project values of schemes undertaken range from £30,000 for small-scale house refurbishments to £280M acute hospital master-planning and design.

The practice has a talented complement of enthusiastic permanent and part-time architectural staff with a dedicated and committed ethos offering a broad range of skills in CAD and 3d/graphic representation, building technology expertise, master-planning and special planning balanced with foundations of good design. Each project, regardless of size, is fronted throughout its progress by both Directors.

The practice has established on-going relationships with several clients and also collaborates with a number of other Architectural Practices to inject its particular expertise on larger-scale healthcare projects.  The practice is committed to high quality management and environmental assurance standards being fully certified for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
